Kvant-Efir supplied the DVB-T equipment to the Odessa Regional Radio-Television Transmitting Center. The equipment is designated for 7 transmitting centers of the synchronous DVB-T broadcasting in zone #74 (Odessa region).

Test operation of DVB-T network started August 22. Nine nationwide programs (MPEG-4 AVC compression) are being delivered by the telecommunication networks from the head-end of RRT Concern (city of Kyiv).
