The IP-DVB Gateway is designed for IP through DVB systems on the basis of different transport platforms: DVB-S, DVB-C, DVB-T and others. The device inserts IP data into DVB transport stream using MPE (Multi Protocol Encapsulation) method, forms service information according to ETSI EN 300468 standard, controls NTC/21xx series DVB-S modulator. It is constructed on the basis of Linux platform that provides for high reliability, protection, easy integration into existing network of an Internet Service Provider. The IP-DVB Gateway was designed by Kvant-Efir on the basis of components supplied by world's leading IT companies. The device has successfully completed DVB conformity tests conducted with the modern measuring equipment supplied by Rohde&Schwarz and Tektronix. |
