All the work is carried out on the basis of service centre well appointed with modern equipment by TEKTRONIX, ROHDE&SCHWARZ, AGILENT (HEWLETT PACKARD), BIRD, PLISСH and IFR.

New service! Coverage calculation

Kvant-Efir calculates coverage of analog and digital transmitters. Calculations are carried out by means of licensed WinRPT software on the basis of data provided by the customer:

• geographic coordinates of transmitting antenna;
• antenna height;
• antenna type (gain, radiation patterns in two planes);
• EIRP (at antenna input);
• operating frequency (TV channel);
• signal type (analog or digital, modulation type, guard interval, channel bandwidth);
• receiving antenna type and height (outdoor antenna, mobile antenna, indoor antenna).

Buildings and vegetation are disregarded during the calculations. The following statistic models are used during the calculations:

• Gauss channel for outdoor antennas;
• Rice channel for mobile antennas;
• Rayleigh channel for indoor antennas.

Summary report contains calculation results and recommendations.

Warranty and post-warranty service

• High-skilled specialists of Kvant-Efir carry out maintenance of all equipment supplied by the company.
• Warranty period is 1 year +.
• Post-warranty support is 8 years.
• Kvant-Efir's service centre carries out maintenance, as a rule, within one or two days.
• Kvant-Efir keeps a whole range of spare parts at company's warehouse.
• If required, the customer can be provided with equipment comparable to out-of-order equipment for the time of repair.
